Why is the South Park episode "201" not available online and not?
Comedy Central. They don't want to deal with all the crap (potential threats from extremist groups) that comes with showing an episode mocking Mohammed. They also aren't showing episode 202, or the prior "Super Best Friends" episode in which he appeared.
