What set of running numbers between 1-100, 101-200 and 201-300 has?
1100 has the most prime numbers. Why? This is because the larger a number is, the greater the number of factors it will have. The probability of having a factor when you have a huge number is high as compared to when you have a smaller number. Take 289 and 79 for example. 79 is definitely prime but 289 can be written as a square of a prime: 17. 289 isnt prime!
