I'm 14, 5'7 and weigh 201 pounds.?

Hi, at 14 years old, even though u are tall, 201 pounds is too much, not healthy at all. Please eat fruits and veggies and protein and avoid carbs and sugar. You should eat 6x a day with yogurt or nuts in between meals. If you are not careful with diet and exercise, you will get Diabetes and bedridden.
