I have belly and waist fat, but my legs and arms are toned.?
Totally agree with Robert Kazanjy! NUTRITION, NUTRITION, NUTRITION is the name of the game here. Doesn't really matter that you work a desk job as you are exercising on a daily basis. Now with that being said, I would keep my largest intakes of food at breakfast and directly after working out, but even still, if you eat properly, your body will function properly. Robert hit it on the head, eliminate ALL processed foods and additional SUGAR, aka DEATH. There is absolutely NO need for any of this crap to be in our bodies. Fill yourself with tons of veggies. Stick to a more plant based, whole foods diet. Stay FAR away from the middle isles of the grocery store as it is 99% garbage. Do make sure that you continue to eat enough though as this a very common mistake among people trying to shed lbs. They feel as though if they eat less and exercise more, the weight is sure to go away, when in fact, the exact opposite will happen and your body will store things differently because it feels as if your are starving it. Balance your food and your meals out to spread across the day. I typically try and consume some sort of food about every 2-3 hrs. This does not mean full meals. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, before bedtime snack. Make breakfast one of your largest meals and make sure its full of protein, healthy fats and whole grains to jump start your day. Eat less around lunch time as you will be sitting around, I typically keep mine to a huge salad with around 4 oz of lean protein and a little whole grains to keep things going. Before bedtime snack should be higher in protein and healthy fats to provide your body with the essential energy and nutrients it will need to repair itself while you sleep. Most importantly, keep things fun and dont over think it. Shit tons of veggies, whole grains and lean protein with healthy fats. Do this and you will see amazing effects and results happen to your body. Also keep in mind, this will take time. Wish you the best of luck. Stay consistent. this is a every day thing, not just a when you want to type of thing!
