How could I make a cell in excel to contain a range of values for?
Do you want to restrict the values a user might enter in that cell to those between 201 and 279? If so, you should look into data validation settings for that cell. Select the cell, then open the DataData Validation ribbon item and make sure you are the Settings tab of the resulting dialog Choose either Whole number or Decimal in the Allow field, then enter 201 and 279 as the Minimum and Maximum values as shown in the screenshot below. Click OK
